A night of our bartending services includes four hours of pouring drinks and entertaining your guests at your wedding venue.
We come at least two hours early at no additional charge to make sure we are all ready when your guests start to arrive.
We have a beautiful, high-end portable bar available along with all professional-grade bartending tools and equipment.
To assist you with the planning, we provide you with a custom-shopping list tailored to the number of guests you are expecting.
We will create a custom drink list if you would like some “specialty cocktails” and make a Drink Menu for the bar so your guests know what their options are.
We’re also available for complimentary wedding consultation if you have any wedding-planning questions. We have an extensive contact list of vendors from DJs and Live Bands to Photobooths and Caterers.

GUEST COUNT CONSIDERATIONS
Our packages are designed to accommodate up to 25 guests for an optimal experience. For larger gatherings, we offer additional support to ensure a seamless and enjoyable service.
Simple Wedding & Crafted Love Surcharge:
For weddings over 25 guests, a $100 extra fee applies for each additional 25 guests.
Example: 30 guests incur $100, 60 guests incur $200.
Allows us to provide additional staffing, equipment, and resources to ensure top-notch service and efficient drink preparation for your larger wedding.
Mixology Matrimony Surcharge:
For weddings over 25 guests, a $250 extra fee applies for each additional 25 guests.
Example: 30 guests incur $250, 60 guests incur $500.
This allows us to source the necessary quantities and highest quality and freshness of seasonal produce from local farmers' markets, in addition to our next-level mixology innovations, cocktail supplies, additional staffing and equipment.

ARE YOU INSURED?
We are fully insured for general liability, liquor liability, auto liability and worker’s compensation up to two million dollars.
DO YOU PROVIDE THE ALCOHOL?
While Mobile Mixologist is not licensed to sell alcohol, we do maintain the necessary liability insurance to serve your guests if you provide the alcohol. We can provide you with recommendations on where to buy beer, wine and liquor at the lowest pricing and offer you suggestions on selections.
do you provide a bar?
Yes! If your event requires a high-end portable bar, we have you covered and can easily add to your signature wedding package. Our luxury portable bar and xl back bar options are not only stylish and elegant but also functional and customizable to suit your needs.
CAN I CREATE MY OWN COCKTAIL MENU?
Absolutely! We would love to help you personalize your event with a special cocktail menu that you created.
WHAT TYPE OF GLASSWARE CAN YOU PROVIDE?
Our Eastman Tritan line of drinkware features the sparkling gloss of glass yet is unbreakable; The perfect collection for any special occasion.
Do your bartenders wear uniforms?
Our professional staff arrive well-dressed in all black, classy attire.
do your bartenders put out a tip jar?
Gratuities for staff are not included but are graciously accepted for a job well done. In the case that a tip jar is not permitted, hosted gratuity is recommended and greatly appreciated. We ask that you pay a minimum of $3.00 - $5.00 per guest.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL?
We do not charge travel for weddings within 40 miles of Modesto, CA. If we have to travel beyond 40 miles, we require $2/mile over our 40 mile local radius. Accommodations are preferred for events that are over two hours from Modesto or if next day clean up is desired.
WHAT DOES THE EVENT PRODUCTION FEE COVER?
This base fee offsets labor and administration costs such as equipment washing, packing for your event, shopping for supplies, clean up, site visits, travel &/or accommodation.
